We bought it for our grandon for Christmas. When it broke down for no apparent reason, we began contacting Garvee for a refund or to fix it. They kept giving us the run around via e-mail only because they do not allow phone conversations. After three months of back and forth with them asking for photos and videos and giving us useless information to fix it ourselves, they finally said it was too late (6 month period) for a refund or to send a replacement. IT WAS ONLY TOO LATE BECAUSE THEY KEPT STRINGING US ALONG until their "supposed 6 month" period was over! DO NOT purchase a product from Garvee. Check the reviews on Better Business Bureau. I now see that so many other people are saying the same thing about their fake, non-customer support. This company is nothing but a bunch of crooks!!!!!
