    Does not work using some phone cases (or phones)

While it works just fine with most phones, I could not get this to work with the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 with Otterbox case on it. The case is simply too thick to register with the wireless charger. This may be the same problem with other phones having similar protective cases. I still kept the charger phone mount because it works with my girlfriend's phone, a Samsung Galaxy S8+ with a thinner bumper case.

    Best vent holder - that works

This vent holder doesn't fall off:  (1) grabs the vent's fin and wraps around it (2) has a wide stabilizing bar at the bottom.  This thing stays put, and holds my heavier iPhone XR with case no problem.  I can also still adjust the airflow (right and left) with this holder.Other vent holders fall off, or break under the strain.  I recommend.  Get it for the holder mechanism.

When I took this out of the box, I thought, how does it go together and how is it going to work??  Well, really simple, it went right together and I can see how it will fix to the air in my truck. Haven't used it yet, but it looks well made and very sturdy.  Very pleased with this product.
