- High Quality Material: Our grease trap is made of heavy-duty carbon steel, around 0.7 mm in thickness, featuring durability and sturdiness, which is easy to clean and hard to deform.the residual basket is easily removable, making the cleaning process an absolute breeze.
- How Does it Work: A grease trap functions by cooling warm or hot greasy water. By allowing the fat, grease and oil (FOG) to cool, a grease trap is able to separate the different layers of wastes with water.FOG are lighter in density and float at the surface of the tanks, and the cooled water – minus the FOG – continues draining to the sewer system.
- When to Clean: Stainless steel grease traps has a great flow rate which guarantees the continuous flow of wastewater and a smooth grease trapping process. It is advised to clean the residual tank every 2-3 months with clean brush.
- Easy to Install: The grease trap can be installed in the open air or under the sink, just connect the sink and dishwasher plumbing to the grease trap inlet. Then connect the grease trap outlet directly to the drain.
