I bought this hoping it would help when I had panic attacks or just to relax before sleeping instead of taking so much medication. I was very pleased with the smell (pleasant and strong but not overpowering). I use a drop on each side of my temples, and sprinkle a few drops on my pillow and one on my sleep mask. Very relaxing and calming. Thankfully, I remembered to bring the bottle with me when I was hospitalized for a serious sepsis infection, which was very stressful, and even the doctors and nurses remarked on the pleasant smell and were happy to see I was trying non pharmaceutical ways to manage my anxiety and PTSD. I'm on my second bottle and will never be without this!
