Review: Fantastic salt for anyone who likes flavour added to their lives! - This coarse sea salt is similar in texture to ice cream salt. The appearance of this salt is large, chunky granules that are mostly light grey in color (as most quality Celtic salt will be). After trying this truly delightful and flavor filled salt, I believe it's a very good value for the money, as it was over 1 pound and cost less than many comparable brands on desertcart containing a smaller amount per package! I have used it for cooking and baking with great results. For baking purposes , I would suggest grinding or crushing it to a finer texture before adding to the recipe. The flavor is great and you can taste the additional minerals that are lacking in common table salt. I am sure it could be used as a hydration replacement and be far healthier than the typical sports drink or electrolyte drink, but I have mostly only used in cooking/baking. If you are planning on putting in a salt shaker, I would suggest grinding it to a finer texture and adding a few uncooked rice granules to the salt shaker, so the salt won't clump up and clog the shaker. Celtic salt contains more moisture, so to facilitate it's use in a shaker I added the rice granules and then had no issue using the shaker with it. I will definitely buy this brand again and highly recommend it to anyone that is undecided on which salt to try!
Review: High-Quality Celtic Sea Salt – Pure, Mineral-Rich, and Flavorful - This Pure Flourish Celtic Sea Salt is outstanding quality. Harvested and imported from France, it’s organic, unrefined, and rich in minerals, making it both healthier and more flavorful than regular table salt. It adds depth and a clean, natural flavor to cooking — from seasoning meats and vegetables to finishing dishes at the table. I also appreciate that it’s certified and sustainably harvested, which gives peace of mind about both quality and sourcing. The fact that it contains 82 essential minerals makes it a great choice for those who care about nutrition as well as taste. At 1.1 pounds, the bag is a good size and lasts a long time, even with regular use. Overall, this is a premium, authentic Celtic sea salt that enhances flavor while providing natural minerals. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to elevate their cooking with a healthier alternative to refined salt.

## Features
