I love them. They are dark, but not too dark, and the polarization makes seeing into the shadows easy. They fit my face snugly, they don't move around while I run, and they don't seem to fog up when I sweat. I believe these are men's glasses, however, I am a woman with what I guess is an average size head, and they fit my face just fine. I wear them all the time, not just for my morning run, and they are comfortable for hours at a time, great clarity and lightweight on my shnoz. The rubber nose grip is very comfortable, too. Buy with confidence. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Still the best but not as good for me as previous model *by R***. on Reviewed in the United States on April 29, 2011* I have worn a pair of Kaenon Large Hard Kore in C28 tint almost every day for about ten years. I have tried many brands of sunglasses and these Kaenon Hard Kores are the best I ever wore. For me they are a wonderful combination of great fit, light weight, optical perfection and good looks. And they stood up to abuse which probably would have destroyed most others. But lately I notice they are not as crystal clear as they used to be; Probably because of accumulated small dings, scrapes and such. So I decided to get a new pair, this time in C12 tint.When I called Kaenon I found out they no longer make the Hard Kore model in large so I had to settle for a medium which I got from Amazon. Not unexpectedly, the mediums have considerably smaller lenses and to my disappointment, I can see bright light through the gap at the bottom of the lenses. This was not a problem with my old large Hard Kore model which fit my face alot better than the medium.Still, I have decided to keep the new sunglasses because I think/hope I can eventually get used to the reduced lens coverage. But the clarity and optical perfection of my new Kaenons is still better than any other brand I have tried. The C12 tint is restful to the eyes yet shows detail with excellent contrast. If only Kaenon still made the Hard Kore in large, it would get 5 stars plus.On their website, Kaenon states "Our conviction to never compromise isn't just a way of thinking; it defines our way of living." Well eliminating the large size Hard Kore seems like a compromise to me. Kaenon originally went above and beyond the usual by offering a choice in sizes to more perfectly fit different faces. Now, for me and undoubtedly others, a really good fit in this model is out of the question.UPDATE 12/7/2011:---After about 8 months of wearing my Kaenon Hard Kore medium frame sunglasses I have gotten used to light coming through the gap at the bottom. But in outdoor activities glare reflected off the ground can still be distracting. It's too bad for people with my facial type that Kaenon discontinued the large size which allowed no light in at the bottom.But, to my pleasant surprise I found that while driving not much light comes through from below where the dasboard and car interior are located.
