This bolster is was exactly what I was looking for, something to support my lower back on my couch. The pillow expanded easily. I put it in my dryer on very low heat for about 10 minutes and it expanded fine. The material is coarse and rubs my wife's neck. I put a velvet like cover around the pillow and it works fine now.
