A medium-strength, general-purpose thinner and mild solvent of choice for fine art painters. Eco-House 115 Xtra-Mild Citrus Cleaner dries slower than turpentine, keeping the paint workable for a longer period of time. Not suitable for dissolving hard resins, such as dammar or copal.

Unlike the old-style turps or thinners, this has a pleasant smell, but isn't bothersome nor irritating. I have a respiratory condition and this thinner does not irritate me in any way. While I hate cleaning brushes, this product makes it a little more pleasant. Great for taking off hard to remove sticky labels or tape too.

**Q: Can this be used for  cleaning brushes and thinning oil paints?? or turpinoid blue label  for thinning paints, green label turpinoid cleaning brushs?**
A: Certainly for cleaning oil paint brushes.  As for thinning I use other, more oil-compatible, solvents, like the turpinoid you mention.

I've had great success using this thinner to clean my brushes or to thin down my paints. Unlike the old-style turps or thinners, this has a pleasant smell, but isn't bothersome nor irritating. I have a respiratory condition and this thinner does not irritate me in any way. While I hate cleaning brushes, this product makes it a little more pleasant.
