**Q: can you paint over this without plastering**
A: This tape needs to be embedded into drywall jointing compound. It then needs to be covered my drywall jointing compound the sanded when dry. Although paint will adhere to this tape, it’s not meant to be painted

A: Hi, this isn't self adhesive it will require a bonding agent.
