I had 3 bad scratches on my daughters apple watch and I used diamond paste and was able to get about 95% out. Keep in mind these were really deep so if yours aren't too bad the polywatch may work well for you. I buy a lot of used watches and diamond paste works great for sapphire crystals. It comes in different abrasive levels and you can pick up a kit that has it from .25 to 5.0 microns (amazon has them).
