    I love the Paleo line and bulk it with other things too

I am (mostly) on the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) Diet which makes eating out or buying anything packaged a real no-no with some very rare and precious exceptions.  I used a meal-prep service that specializes in AIP and each entree ran me about $20 when you count shipping.These Paleo meals come the closest to AIP guidelines and I bulk them up with more veg, or rice, or cauliflower rice and I can make one of these babies stretch to two meals.  Where they're not AIP, I don't seem to have issues, so they're working for me.This one is particularly good because it's very spicy and flavorful so adding more veg or carb really stretches it.  I ordered every single meal to try them all out and possibly stock my freezer when I'm in a pinch since I can't eat out or convenience foods.

These meals are fantastic for when you don’t want to eat high carbs or too much.  They are tasty and fresh and literally take less than 2 minutes to heat.  I’ve tried a few different ones and this one is one of the best, but I love spicy so just know it is that, spicy.

The amount of food is appropriate for a lunch portion.  I love having Paleo meals I can easily take for lunch at work.  I wish I had time right now to cook for myself, but just can't seem to make it happen, so these prevent me from making bad food choices while at work.  What I liked about this one is that it could also work as a breakfast. I hope to see more flavor selections on Amazon Fresh!
