My mouth is very sensitive to alcohol and strong minty rinses and burns horribly. This product doesn't burn at all and I often dilute it to a 50/50 solution for those in between rinses. The bottle is the plastic bottle style but it's small enough that it fits in my purse. It lasts me about a month. You're only supposed to use one cap full but I use 3 a day.The flavor is hard to describe but if you don't mind cinnamon, that's what I tend to taste more than anything else.I also use Estrella toothpaste and highly recommend it as well.
