They ran very, very large! I immediately sent them back. These Reef slippers are probably a bit larger than their labeled size. But, they are the only slippers I have seen available in a size 4/5. The perfect size shoe for me is usually a US woman's size 5 1/2. I have worn these about a week now. They are very comfortable and easy to walk in.The Dearfoams Slide slippers I previously owned made walking difficult because they tended to "slide" off my feet. The Dearfoams also quickly lost their cushioning. The Reefs are also less expensive. So far these are working out very well. I ended up buying 2 more pairs of them... cause I know when I go to look for them again, I wont be able to find them. I also convinced my room mate to buy a pair in red and she loves hers as well. They do run a little small-ish..
