For example sunflower or multiflower honey is crystallizing in 2-3 months after the harvest. Regarding the linden honey it is in process of crystallization at this time of the year, but some of them can be runny or becoming to get thick in consistency. The Linden honey that we offer is harvested in August 2020. This is a result of the storage method of the product. Our stores are with temperatures over 22 degreece and the honey is staying runny longer time, compared with honey which is stored below 10 degreece. In low temperatures the honey is crystallizing 4 times faster. **Q: Is this completely raw and unfiltered** A: The honey is raw, unheated, unpasteurized, no added sugars and pure.
