Sometimes used with a co-surfactants like our cocobetaine, it will add that luxurious mild foam and good after feel everyone loves. SCI is recommended for formulations where nice foam and gentleness is desired. Sodium cocoyl isethionate may need medium even heat to disperse in your foaming bath and body recipes with a co-surfactant. Sodium cocoyl isethionate is not miscible in water and is usually blended with a co-surfactant or other non water based ingredient like another surfactant or polysorabte for example. SCI is all natural, and biodegradable.Works well in hard or soft water. Appearance - White to Off White noodle like product. Some refer to this form as needle or a large granular. It looks like a large rice grain, Polarity: Anionic. 85 % Actives High Active Foamer Shelf: 24 Months when Properly Stored / Handled. pH of a 10% Aqueous Solution is 4.5 to 6 Not Soluble in Water.
