Everything else you need is in the box. **Q: are these suitable for replacing the plastic poppers on duvet covers?** A: I wouldn't use these, I would use a kam snap set for duvet covers **Q: Will these work on child’s knitwear dk or aran . will it need reinforcement to back of knit for support ?** A: These work by fixing into a hole made by the punch . I cant see this being suitable for knit without backing both pieces . Sew in snaps would be more appropriate in my opinion **Q: Can you remove a wrongly positioned popper** A: Only by braking the stud.
