It delivers dynamic bass and crisp treble, perfect for rock and EDM. For a milder, flatter tone, simply try different ear tips. **Q: Is the cable durable? Is it easy to break?** A: The cable uses reinforced joints to prevent breakage. It is detachable and replaceable. **Q: Why is there static or squeaky noise when in use?** A: This earphone has 25Ω impedance and 112dB sensitivity, widely compatible with most devices. Static noise comes from computer interference, not the earphone. We suggest using it with mobile devices or an audio adapter. **Q: Why is the connection between the cable and earbud loose?** A: This earphone uses a 0.75mm gold-plated 2Pin interface with groove protection to avoid pin distortion and loose connection. If unstable, reinsert the cable firmly and avoid violent pulling. **Q: Why does one side have no sound after some time?** A: Unilateral sound loss is often caused by loose cable contact or improper insertion. Check and reinsert the cable to ensure full alignment. Keep the connector clean and avoid impacts for stable audio. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Replacement pair are fantastic! *by on Reviewed in the United States 7 November 2023* The first pair of these IEM's (KZ DQS) ended up being defective.
