Didn't help at all. My child still managed to stick their fingers in their mouth with it on. Also, was a painful experience for both child and myself to put the things on. All in all they are a nightmare. Review: WORKS! - Absolutely worth it. It's not up to the child to be motivated all the time, or in control all the time. This will get them through without any backslide. We were able to switch from using it during the day almost immediately. My daughter (Almost 3) was not interested in quitting. If she sucked during the day we would put these on. She very quickly stopped sucking during the day. We kept them on at night for 3 weeks. It's been over a month now without needing to use them at all. She's now quite proud of herself for stopping, even though she never wanted to stop in the first place. There were some nights that she cried when we put them on. We just stayed consistent. Me fue mal, ya que compre 2 piezas y en las 2 paso lo mismo.
