The taste is beyond what I expected, but don't go in with expectations hoping for this to taste like a Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte with all the added sugar (unless you do some minor tweaks with the taste to make it taste somewhat identical). I mixed this with pure cane sugar and vanilla almond milk, not too bitter and not too sweet, the taste was just right for me. I would drink it every day if I could...if only this flavor wasn't seasonal.I too have been looking for a 'healthier' coffee alternative, as well as a new healthier breakfast beverage for my mom to drink since she has diabetes. I've been making her drink black tea for the past couple of months, and I think she's secretly getting tired of it. I'm happy that this coffee has additional organic ingredients included and I can't wait for my mom to try it.
