Adhesives have to "set". Just my opinion and I am not an expert. There are epoxies that work in wet environments. Ask google. **Q: is it 100% sillicone** A: yes **Q: can you use this to repair a refrigerator liner or is it too flexible? Have a round crack about the size of a quarter on the bottom front of the frig** A: I think its a strong and durable bond, but caulk on a flat surface is iffy if you can't support it from behind.
