The ear pieces are comfortable, and they come in many sizes that are included in the box. The carrying bag has good padding but isn’t bulky, it fits easily in my bag, the zipper is smooth and hasn’t snagged. Sound is clear and loud. The accuracy up against an automatic BP system at the doctors office I work at is always within 5 points both systolic and diastolic. This is so far the best stethoscope I’ve used that didn’t cost hundreds of dollars, well worth the $60. So easy to use, and works exceptionally well. With my hard of hearing ears, I was able to hear my heart beat as well as everyone in my Medical Assisting class!
