I really love to make ginger scones but hate cutting larger ginger and even that is sometimes hard to find. These work perfectly for that, just the right size without the effort. However, they don't last long because my family thinks they're snacks and they eat them all. They're good quality ginger, as expected from the Ginger People. Spicy enough without being overpowering, and not too sweet. This is the best price for this or any similar product online.
