I ended up buying these because it contains 180 capsules as opposed to most other brands that have only 60. They work really well. Granted, I think I’ve done a good job with my macros and following keto guidelines, and I’ve specifically noticed it keeps me focused, energized and in ketosis. Definitely the best value out there and a high quality supplement. I will be purchasing again.

Initial Review: It has really felt like my metabolism has been sparked because of the formula. I have thought of it as a sort of mild detox which I clearly needed. I like it so far and have not had any side effects besides mild bloating and gas if I am not drinking enough water. I believe it has helped my digestive system at this time. I will follow up with a secondary review once I have completed the bottle.

After taking Instant Keto for 6 days which normally is not enough time to give a detailed assessment.Unfortunately, I can honestly say I didn't like the the side effect this product was having on me. First let me acknowledge, product arrived in a timely manner and product does boost energy levels, however the increase in appetite sort of defeats the purpose for me. The increase in appetite happened regardless if I had worked out or not which was concerning to me and defeats the purpose of the product.If looking for increase in energy only and no concern of increase in appetite, product is great!

I added this after being keto for about 3 months. Stopped losing weight and had seemed to plateau on my results. I started taking these and began to see further improvements in fat reduction and overall energy. Definitely helpful in getting over the hump!

I have been on keto since the summer and recently bought these and began using them. I was using a different product earlier but felt no effect at all. These keep me in ketosis and my mental clarity is through the roof. I will continue to use these products from Codeage. No hype needed, they just work.

My ketone sticks were dark purple even after having more net carbs than usual the day before while using this supplement. Energy levels were good too.

I found this product has the same exact ingredients as another product which is three times the price. I feel focused and more energized when I take this in the morning. I have felt jittery one or two of the days that I've taken this, so on those days I only take one instead of taking 2 during the eight hour span. The only thing is that I would like to have the ingredients broken down by the amount that is in the supplement.

I feel better taking this. More energized. Plus Ive lost 2 kilos in about two weeks but Ive also been watching my diet. Will reorder again once I have finished this!
