We tried this with a perforated metal peel before, and the dough had a tendency to get stuck, even though we put liberal amounts of semolina flour on the peel beforehand.We still use the metal peel to remove the pizza (although the wooden peel would work okay for this), and we use a turner and spinners while cooking the pizza, since it gets done in 90 seconds in the Ooni oven. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality *by on Reviewed in the United States October 22, 2023* High quality made-in-USA products.
