Packaging is slick and attractive, comes in a black box with a printed sleeve. Registration of the product on WhatsApp was easy and seamless.No kinking was noted throughout the length of the cable. Heads on either side appeared to be strongly fitted. On the initial usage charging was fast and no incompatibility messages appeared on my iPhone. I bought this product primarily because of MIVI's prompt response to customers and easy claim of warranty.Some other brands you might want to check before buying - ZAAP, Anker. I had to purchase this cable after i broke my iphone Cable and i had to purchase this. I was a bit skeptical before making the purchase as there were other similar products. But i made the right choice. This a very strong cable and has withstood the test of time. I am writing this review after using the product for three months. It is really very sturdy and long. The braiding actually helps a lot. The most important part about the cable is that it charges my phone even faster now. Because it took more time than the original Apple brand cable to charge my iPad. In one hr the original Apple brand cable was able to charge from 1% to 27% whereas this MiVi lightning cable was able to charge just from 1% to 17% in 1 hr. In both cases the wifi was off and I had also reduced the brightness to zero. But the product quality is good and sturdy unlike the original one which is very thin. Just got it for some Rs 830/- with lightning deal and 15% cash back offer. The length is good enough since it is 6 ft. So can go for it.After using it for nearly 3 months, The problem I faced was that only one side was charging and since it s a reversible charger cable, the message I got in my iPad was Not Charging. Just sent an email to the MiVi team with a snap shot of my problem, they said that they will pick up my product and return it after testing or will be providing me with a new replacement one. But since I am staying in remote area, their courier partner Bluet Dart had replied them that they will not be able to pick up and hence they asked me to ship the product. So with my own pocket money I had shipped my product Nd within 12 days I received a new product.
