    It's grainy...

Don't buy... the packet looks compromised... Very close to expiry date. The edges are brown and discoloured on the inside of the packet and there are brown flecks in the flour. And this is supposed to be blanched almond flour. How can I use it now? Such a colossal waste of money! And the product is not returnable.Update on 15th Match... I got a replacement product almost immediately, very impressed with the prompt response. So a big thank you!!!But disappointed with the product itself.... the flour is very grainy with specks of almond skin... I wanted fine flour for baking... anyway I sieved the flour before use and discarded the grainy bits.
