Review: To Customer Service or Not To Customer Service is The? - I LOVE the look of these tires, the stance on my truck, feel quality and size of them, and the one time I got to run my Arrma truck with them they handled amazing. However on run number 2 few months later… I don’t get to run as much I would like to that’s forsure, shortly after feeling out the dirt grass track for a few laps I punched it and bam rear tire exploded. I inspected the other 3 and noticed some bad gluing and one of the grip knobs starting to tear off on another. Obvious manufacturers defect, however I love Arrma products and Horizon Hobby so I’m in the warranty claims process now. I hope they do what I know they will do and make this right so I can truly enjoy my Arrma truck with some awesome Arrma tires. I just really hate the waiting game because this stuff is not cheap and I don’t think it is a cheap product I think it’s quality I just got a bad batch I suppose. So here’s to customer service!!!
