He was able to complete the project with the help of his 13-year old sister in three days but they spent 8 hours or more a day because it is very labor intensive. The instructions were in Chinese, but my son has been taking up Mandarin for two years now, so that helped, although they said you get the hang of the visual instructions after a while. I had to order craft tools separately and silicone glue because the glue that came with the kit had dried up. My kids said they would not have been able to do this without the craft tools because some pieces are very tiny. After the project was completed, my teens felt very accomplished and very proud of their work. Seeing the dollhouse in its completion is very rewarding but it requires time, precision, dexterity, patience and commitment. Not recommended for young children. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lots of work but worth it *by C***L on Reviewed in the United States on March 5, 2019* I loved this project!! Not for children! Not all bags where labeled. Also some pieces you had to guess if they were right. I used a quick drying tacky glue. All pieces plus a few extras where left over. It took me 3 days to complete. When hooking up the lights you have to strip some wires and contect to others. Not all lights are long enough to connect to others to connect to battery pack. It takes two aa batteries. Tweezers and small hair cutting scissors with glue is all you need to complete this project.
