I bought the pair because I wear tight shoes all day from morning till night, due to the nature of my work. So my feet pains after a while, more especially after you remove your shoes and socks.One has to wear them after cleaning your feet and it's very easy to wear and handle. No tech or fluffy stuff. You will find a little coolness after you wear them but with a ton of relaxation. And you will fall asleep soon and with a better sleep.There are many brands available, not sure which one is perfect or better. I just bought this one randomly.
