A: As far as am aware there is only one standard size that is available in his Kare Adult underpad so the standard size should be good enough.

**Q: Is it to be used with diapers**
A: It depends on how one wants to use it. If there is fear if diaper leaking then would recommend using it with diapers especially  for adults. While I used for my baby and want to let the baby be free if diapers for couple of hours a day. Multiple uses and now that my baby is grown using it as a potting training pad for my house puppy.
