The ADVANCE OUTDOOR storage shelter carport shed is designed for use in every season and can protect your equipment from sunlight, rain, tree sap, snow, wind, and more. Made from a metal Steel frame that is 1-1/2 inch, the storage shelter tent is tough and durable. The metal frame is finished with galvanization that prevents chipping, peeling, rust, and corrosion. With a waterproof cover made from rip-stop, the storage shed is sure to provide protection for your items. The triple-layer shelter cover features a heat-bonded enhanced weave polyethylene construction. The fabric is been UV-treated inside and out with added faded blockers that result in a fabric cover that withstands the elements. I needed something to block Wisconsin’s frigid westerly wind that would freeze my outdoor water pump (even with a heater on it) and freeze ME as I filled many buckets of water for my horses each day. We got an early blast of winter this past week with strong winds and I told my family if the shelter survived those winds, I would write a five star review, and here it is! Yes, the directions to put it together were lacking and yes I made some mistakes, but the pieces are so easy to assemble and disassemble that I got it together, by myself, in under two hours. I added two sand tubes along the bottom on the back side to make sure no wind came under the shelter. It is wonderful to not have the wind taking my breath away. I am hopeful this will survive this winter and for many more after!

SW VA winds in January ripped this thing out of the ground, including the stakes for driving it into the ground, and pulled my motorcycle down onto the ground with it. Now I’ve got to get a new mirror and rear brake pedal.

I would have left 5 stars, but the instructions are not very helpful. Fortunately, I have some mechanical experience, and was able to figure it out pretty quickly. I just set it up today, so we’ll see how it does in the long run. I’m on the east side of tornado alley, and do get some serious wind here, along with snow and ice. Overall it seems like a quality product, and it’s the perfect size for my needs. I learned a long time ago with these types of storage systems that it’s best to duct tape all the joints. Helps keep everything in place, and doesn’t allow for damage to the cover during wind. Update: 1/29/26 Well, I didn’t expect to update this quickly, but we just got hit with some of the nastiest weather in some time. Wind, rain, snow, and ice. My bike shed held up well. No issues whatsoever. I’m very pleased with it so far. I keep a Govee in my covered boat, so I can monitor temperature, humidity, and dew point. So I put one in the shed too. Very inexpensive here on Amazon. $10-12 bucks I think is all. The little round one is the ones I use. Been 3 years in the boat and still working perfectly. Anyway, I digress. I highly recommend this little shed. Anxious to see how it holds up in the summer sun.
