I like it. Two things to remember is to to blend it really well in the blender because in a hand shaker it doesn't emulsify well and is a bit thin. Alternatively you could let it sit for five minutes and it gets thicker. If you're on Keto you can use cream instead of milk. With water it is less rich tasting. I like the crunchy chia seeds. It is packed well in a double plastic packet to avoid moisture getting in. Overall a nice shake and convenient for when you haven't planned a meal or if hunger suddenly strikes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I got this for my Keto diet. 5 start not for taste, but effectiveness for Keto. *by A***A on Reviewed in India on 27 September 2020* I began Keto this march, so got choco and vanilla flavour stock. Not that tasty defenitely, but stomach feels full till lunch.It has very very very low sugar and carbs, hence can't expect very good taste defenitely. But over couple a week, I was able to see difference in my weight, that +ve feel kept me continuing. In ~3 months(lockdown, but I had good stock of it) my BMI went normal.Dont take it wrong that this product will make you lose weight, ofcourse it depends on your full day meals.
