Contec contacted me (apparenlty from China) quickly. I wasn't expecting much, but I received excellent service with reasonable questions and frequent updates regarding the replacement process. I asked for a return shippng label, and they complied quickly. All good now. Thank you. I updated my 3-star to 5-star. We all make mistakes. It's how we handle them that reflects our character. Initial review: I bought 2 of these at the same time. One works well, but the other now pumps VERY hard adn the delivers a VERY LOW BP. I would like this replaced, but that option is not avaialble on desertcart. Also, I need a LARGER cuff (XLarge). I use this in my office, and many people are too large for the large cuff. Review: Very accurate - I am an adult who is 5’5, 105 lbs. This comes with 2 cuffs. The pediatric size cuff works great. It stores readings and can be used for more than one person.
