So many start/stops. It worked but it was slow starting, once the motor was running it was fine, but the start was wonky. If I had a motor that was just running a fan or something I would consider this, but since it start and stops often its not a fit. At times It would take a few seconds for the motor to come up to speed and and many times it would only run about 1/2 speed tripping the breaker on the motor, If I stopped and started again, the second time the motor would get up to speed. Understanding that it simulates the 3rd phase, and once the motor is running it drops it.
