However, there is one drawback.The shoulder belt is buckled on one of the halves of the bag and not right in the middle of the 2 partitions. This causes the bag to tilt as per the weight of your laptop on one side. If both halves are not equally balanced and you have hung the bag on your shoulder, then it loses its orientation. It no longer sits straight. This should be taken care by the manufacturer.I didn't return it, since I loved the color and utility of this bag.
