Die 8kg Kettlebell von Dragon Door ist wie ihre größeren "Brüder" super verarbeitet und liegt gut in der Hand. Die Oberfläche ist sauber, ohne irgendwelche Kanten die zu Rissverletzungen führen könnten, ausgeführt. Für zweihändige Swings ist die 8kg KB allerdings nicht geeignet. Dazu ist zum einen der Griff zu eng, zum anderen ist die Kettlebell dafür einfach zu leicht. Alle einarmigen Übungen können damit aber hervorragend ausgeführt werden. Ich habe die 8kg als Einstiegs-Kettlebell für meine Frau gekauft. Mittlerweile nehme ich sie als Zusatzgewicht für Klimmzüge her...
