In the end they got the 2 vìĺèns taken away bye the police . *by T***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 December 2023* The film wàs GÒOD and entertaining brilliant film to watch I ve watch it seven times ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Vintage Famous Five *by P***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 April 2023* I’ve been looking for this version of the Famous Five for some time and I wasn’t disappointed. The story effectively revolves around orphan Wilfred who has an incredible rapport with animals and so when he hears about the Whispering Island that is supposed to be a nature reserve but is being used to farm animals (ie special rabbits) for their pelts he goes with Timmy (the four footed member of the Five) to the Island - much to George’s horror - particularly as Timmy seems to respond more to Wilfred than her. Wilfred finds a couple of rogue ‘game keepers’ supposedly working for recluse and Island owner, Sir Hugo who is wheel-chair bound. The couple become prisoners but Wilfred using his talent with animals manages to escape not once but a second time with the rest of the Five and Sir Hugo after the crooks have shown their true colours.
