The grinder is working very well. Grinding the large quantity of rice within half an hour. The product is in good condition and delivered within a short period. Service is also very, very good.

The media could not be loaded. Awesome product, it has powerful grinding ability, lesser time than my previous one as promised in their manual. Its very compact, Ease of use. The best part is the customer care response. I got the plug pin damaged in the transit. On one call I was able to reach their owner i believe. The next day the technician traveled 100+ km to change and make it run. I never had such a experience in any product so for I bought. The performance in wonderful so for.

Performance,Design wise all found okay, If hight of the tilting stand is little increased means better.Service quality,Service quality want to Increase,Product received with some damage, or improper assembly, then I contact ponmani industries, No response from they.Otherwise Product profamance,Design,quality is good.

Don't buy this product, first of all you can't return if you didn't like the product. Secondly go for elgi ultra, superior product compared to this. Batter is getting heated up, noise level is high for dal grinding. More over amazon can't take any call on product complaint, they will write to ponmani and they will convince you to keep the product. Don't ever risk buying this item.

I own a restaurant in Hubli. I have used wet grinders of different brands but I must say that this grinder ranks as the best in terms of use. I use this grinder for daily grinding of urad dal, Dosa rice and for preparing large volumes of idlis, vada and Dosa. It doesn't heat up like the other brands and the grinding is very very smooth . I am really delighted with this wet grinder and I must say PONMANI POWER 3 LITRES WET GRINDER ROCKS!Am happy that I bought this wet grinder. Thank You PONMANI for such a fabulous product.

Recently purchased Ponmani 3Ltr. Wet grinder from amazon. The grinder is a heavy duty product and it took much less time for grinding the batter, when compared to my old grinder. Highly recommend this product.

I am writing this review after I used a year. It was working as expected. The rolling stone stand was broken recently, was trying to reach customer care for the last 4 days due to the Deepavali holiday, and they were not responding. They contacted me today and I have given details. If they have improved rolling stone stand quality it will be good or they can use food-grade stainless steel as an add-on feature. Please note that a two-year warranty is only for the motor, not other products/services.
