Review: Fantastic - It makes the perfect size muffins (It'd the size of bakery muffins from Tim Hortons or Starbucks). I made carrot muffins and since there is only 3 people in my home, baking 12 is too many. I dont like freezing muffins. The muffins release perfectly, easy clean up. I highly recommend. In fact I would like all my bake ware from this line its amazing.

**Q: Can these be used in a 475 degree oven? I was watching a video using frozen hash browns as a crust and the instruction was to preheat the oven to 475.**

The aluminized steel in USA PAN® bakeware conducts heat efficiently; we recommend that you pay careful attention to oven temperatures and baking times the first few times you bake. Reduce time and temperature if necessary. Do not exceed 450º F because it could compromise the silicone coating.

**Q: are the sides of the muffinss sloped or straight. Cupcake pans are slopped**
A: Sloped.  This is an amazing muffin pan ... we will buying another.

**Q: Is this pan good for popovers?**
A: USA pans has a popover pan that’s amazing if you still need one.

**Q: I would like to use this for mini angle food cakes. Has anyone ever used this pan for that ourpose?**
A: Just used the mini cheesecake pan for little angel food cakes. It worked perfectly.

Very happy with this pan. It is sturdy and the wide top is great for placing it in and out of the oven, as well as, fliping the muffins out. Another big bonus, it is made in the USA. Great materials and craftsmanship. This is a pan you will have for life, not that thin metal that super hears and just doesn't hold up. I am glad we got it and I will be replacing our pans with USA pans as we need them. Great gifts, I would think.
