I purchased this flip phone for my 80-year-old dad who needed something compact and easy to use. As he’s gotten older, smartphones became more confusing and frustrating for him, so this was the perfect solution. He constantly tells me how much he loves this phone! The build quality is great, the microphone and speaker clarity are excellent, and he’s able to use all of the features without any trouble. On top of that, the customer service has been fantastic. Highly recommend!
