Frankly tired of being short, I’m 5’4”. The insoles were easy to trim, but I’m not sure about the instep space in any of my shoes. It was a very tight squeeze (without socks) trying on the base insoles alone (without the added layers) with my Nikes, then also with my Chippewa boots. I’ll update this review as necessary. My experience and satisfaction (fit, comfort, quality) so far is about 2 stars Update: I’ve removed the main insoles of whatever shoe I’m using these increases in and it’s been a big improvement (doi, lol) I’ve been using these height increaser insoles almost everyday and notice a difference. The only con is that sometimes it’s a bit slippery between my socks and the top of the insole bringing my feet closer to the front of the shoe.
