Make sure to clean the filter! ### ⭐ Save your money, go to Walmart. *by D***S on January 4, 2026* I first purchased this dehumidifier a year ago and it works great keeping the moisture content down in my bathroom, so I decided to acquire 2 more for use in other rooms. I sadly report that the 2 new ones that I have purchased do absolutely nothing. They power on, light the reservoir, and sound like they are working when they really are just crappy fans. I left the 2 new dehumidifiers running for a MONTH while I was travelling and away from home, and the reservoirs had NO MOSITURE in them at all. But the moment I get a reputable device from the big box store, that starts to fill within minutes (and it's half the size for comparable prices). I'm unsure if there's manufacturing changes or HUGE holes in quality control, but I am super disappointed that I received TWO dehumidifiers that DO NOT DEHUMIDIFY. Shame on me for thinking that because the first product I purchased worked as advertised that subsequent purchases would work too. Take heed to the product reviews and don't fall into being an owner of a dehumidifier that doesn't dehumidify.
