I bought them to hide wall nails, but after pasting, they started falling off within a few hours. I used a simple trick that worked well. I used plastic U-pins (which are flexible to bend) and hung the butterflies on each wall nail. Now they look perfect! Only Feedback is to have extra glue sticker sheets, and strong adhesive quality.
