OVERHYPED AND INSINCERE FOR SUFFERERS OF ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION SEEKING TO USE YOGA TO HEAL  First -let me share  that this is the first review I've ever written for a product -but because I feel that this 'yoga for anxiety and depression '  DVD was promoted and misleading in inflated odd ways- here I go : I feel this DVD was the usual pedestrian asana flow with a tall model who appears to have a dancers' background body , and the yoga teacher ,Ira , lacking - entirely – any demonstratable verbal or embodied teaching skills related to helping  people who sre suffering from anxiety and depression ( FYI  - there are yoga therapy DVD teachings  coordinating the vast body of ancient yogic wisdom with contemporary  yoga tried n true therapy models  ;  Gary Kraftsow - a  yoga therapist who created VINYOGA THERAPY and has 40 years of earnest  skilled teaching is a good demonstratable  example  )  . The only reference in this DVD to all the layers of breath , body , somatic experience involved in working thoughtfully via yoga with depression and anxiety in this DVD - is a brief intro of Ira talking generally - in his therapy office ? about how yoga is the practice of the 'eternal now '- and hence - if folks get this concept - they will not project onto the past or future ... and feel depressed and anxious?! Oh my ?!  D
