Cherokee Workwear has always been my go to for affordable scrubs. I like that I can purchase as a set but be able to choose different sizes for the top and bottom. They are not the softest, but do soften up after a few washes. I always wash my scrubs separately, to avoid any issues with lint. These run a little big, especially the bottoms. (For reference I am 165lbs and 5ft 5.5in, and I ordered M for the top and S for the bottoms.)
