I carefully followed all the instructions provided, but every chapati turned out to be a complete disaster. To make matters worse, I wanted to return the product, but the customer service was extremely poor. Despite reaching out multiple times, I received no proper response or assistance. I was left with a useless product and ended up losing my money. Overall, this is a very poor-quality product backed by equally disappointing customer support. I would strongly advise others not to buy this roti maker.

If you are planning to buy, then don't. I bought it and thought with the method shown in their videos puff rotis will come out, but it's all a lie. It's much easier to use a tawa. This makes the roti like rock bread. I had to throw mine because I didn't use it anymore. Even when roti come out soft, it's like elastic. Overall, don't buy, waste of money. Another thing, their handle got jammed after a while requiring considerable force to move.
