That said though, my food will not stay hot for the 12 hours that the company is claiming. But I ended up keeping my set, as a warm lunch is my ultimate goal. (The price is really reasonable for the set). Some warmer days my lunch will still be "hot". Very cold days, it'll be more of a "warm" temperature. I will also say that I've never had these thermoses leak, at all.
