Very speedy process, the mat was dispatched same day and received 2 days later. The price was much more affordable than customisable mats I’d seen on Etsy or elsewhere for incorporating an image. Elsewhere you can customise wording but incorporating images seemed to push the price up. Finally, the quality is really good, colours come through nicely and the mat looks really durable.
