The best you'll get off that label is Salt, Garlic, Paprika and other spices. Oh, and no MSG.I have been using PP's Magic Blend Seasonings for over 30 years. And I gave up trying to guess and just buy the large containers and let Paul keep his secrets, and my money. If you are in doubt, buy a small sampler of 3.5oz bottles on Amazon.com and see if you like them before you invest in the large containers. Personally, I have 24oz containers of Meat Magic, Seafood Magic, and Poultry Magic in my spice cabinet at all times.You can find (most) everything of Paul's right here, at very competitive prices. **Q: Does this contain sugar or salt?** A: According to the ingredients on the canister, it says it contains salt, spices, dehydrated garlic, paprika, and dehydrated onion. All natural, no MSG, no preservatives, and gluten free. **Q: What spices are in the “spices” or does anyone know if this actual msg free? Labels can be misleading.** A: The back of the canister states- No MSG,No preservatives and gluten free. Going by other recipes the spices are most likely paprika,cayenne pepper, black pepper. I could not find the Meat Magic seasoning for some time now and it's one of my favourites. It is good for any kind of meat. I use it on chicken, ribs, pork chops and even some fish varieties. I was pleasantly surprised though how big the container was when it got here. It will last a long time. I am thinking of getting more varieties as I will use them a lot. The next one will be the BBQ seasoning.
