But none of the mid-forward issues a 57 or beta can bring. This is a very nice, solidly built affordable option that can be magic on the correct voice or guitar amp, you can mix in the bass via proximity effect placement. If you want more mids and less bass try the Electrovoice ND/96. The prepared engineer has all the essential flavors at hand and Superlux makes it affordable.
